Doctrine of Dumas?

So, I am a little slow today.

Reflective, yet trying to stay abreast of the happenings. Our friend, Gov. Palin (R), Alaska, was asked a fairly simple question about a policy put in place by our sitting president, and here it is:

My favorite part is when she tries to get Charlie Gibson to give her the answer to what the Bush Doctrine is, “In what respect?” she asks.

The respect of, do you believe that it the right foreign policy, you uninformed candidate!

So, you too may be asking what is the “Bush Doctrine”?

Well, it is quite simple to explain, but harder to grasp.  Essential it is a policy of shoot first, ask questions later.  Preemptive, is the word the administration has used, but as we find out in the following article, it is quite contrary to the rules we agree to follow by being part of the United Nations:

We can see where this is heading.  “Of course Governor Palin knows what the Bush Doctrine is.  She was the mayor of Wasilla when President Bush brought it to the graduating Cadets of West Point.”

That is the quote, or some semblance of that, that will come from the McCain staffers tomorrow.  This will be right after John McCain appears on “Rachel Ray”, and “The View”.

I can just see him julienning carrots and making a comment about Rachel’s make-up, the snickering in that awfully awkward manner that he has.

Thanks for listening;)
