Give the Big Three the Big Boot
Posted in Uncategorized on November 22, 2008 by n8This is what I have been saying for the longest time. I said the same thing about the banks, and now agree with the author about the auto industry:

Capitalism is survival of the fittest, not survival of the worst managers but best beggars.

Watch as Palin appears to want to reach across and rip Katie’s face off.
Listen as the Governor of Alaska searches for the meaning of the English language:

PALIN WINS!?!
Posted in 2008, american, election, freedom of speech, politics, ramble, republicans with tags Biden, Palin, Palin Wins, VP Debate on October 3, 2008 by n8Gov. Palin finaly won the beauty contest that she so desparately wanted.
If I hear one more comment from any pundit about her great smile, or seeming charisma I will know that we have fallen into that abyss that has enraptured the American public, known more commonly as “Reality TV”.
I need not remind you that this is a race for the most powerful position in this human world, not a beauty contest. We elect our officials mainly, and hopefully, on the merits of their policies and grasp of the issues that face their constituants, so I hope that we as “Joe Six-Packs”, and “Hockey Moms”, really bad euphamisms by the way, are able to see through the lip-stick and see who understands what is really happening.
Gov. Palin managed to give a stump speech without a responding audience, and while I commend her for that, she was not able to speak about the specifics of anything, and if you read the transcript you will see that this is a truth. On at least two occasions she said that we were working with the Iraqi government and Al Quaeda!?!?!? Last time I checked we were trying to defeat Al Quaeda, with the Iraqi government.
Just my observations…
